Our approach to Community Engagement

WING’s community engagement is driven by our mission of "making money fair" and relies on beneficial partnerships with the non-profit sector and micro finance institutions.

WING's business model is aligned with the ANZ Corporate Responsibility (CR) Framework. We are incorporating social, economic and finance sector indicators into our business model, so we can track the positive development benefits we are having on the community.

Our aim is to help the Cambodian people improve their livelihood and alleviate their conditions of poverty, by increasing access to financial services for the unbanked. WING is committed to increasing financial inclusion for the Cambodian people.

Our approach to community engagement involves an integrated strategy resulting in diverse programs and initiatives.

This strategy includes three main elements:

  • Non-Profit Sector - Engage with the non-profit sector to access and provide services to the unbanked customers through their existing programs and initiatives.
  • Financial Literacy - Work in support of the non-profit sector to improve financial literacy knowledge through existing programs.
  • MFI Engagement - Working with the MFI community as a payments technology provider to compliment their existing structure.
