WING and Beeline launch new partnership
WING has announced a new partnership with Beeline, enabling all Beeline customers to enjoy WING’s mobile payments services wherever they are Cambodia. Beeline is the seventh mobile network to partner with Wing, which now provides the greatest number of operators to choose from and the widest mobile access throughout the country for mobile payments.
WING Business Development Manager, Nicolas Corlin said: “Our partnership with Beeline presents an exciting opportunity to reach more Cambodians who can truly benefit from being able to send and receive money to anyone through their mobile phones. The partnership is another example of our commitment to give WING customers more options and convenience, and better access to financial services.”
WING customers can perform a wide range of financial transactions in either Khmer Riel or US Dollars using their mobile phones. This includes sending and receiving money for less than a dollar, paying electricity bills, or making free instant phone credit top-ups for any participating network.
Mr. Benoit Janin, Commercial Director of Beeline Cambodia said: “We believe that our cooperation with WING will help our customers across the country to purchase mobile top-ups and use many other features that WING offers. Beeline’s network coverage is available countrywide in all 24 provinces. We also partnered with WING as we consider their mobile payment solution as the most reliable, secured and innovative one in the market.”
Since launching in January 2009, WING now has more than 700 WING Cash Express outlets throughout every one of Cambodia’s 24 provinces. With this new partnership, WING now operates with Hello, qb, Smart, Mfone, Starcell, Metfone and Beeline; now sending mobile phone top-ups and money to family and friends is within everyone’s reach.
