2. To verify that customer is a Wing user, you are required to send a screenshot of your Wing account/card to The Royal Sands Koh Rong to the email stated above.
3. The Royal Sands Koh Rong staff will call the customers and verify the information and the booking.
4. Pay your discounted bill on the day of check-in.
