JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop high-performance Android apps to meet user and business needs.
- Translate designs and application wireframes into quality code.
- Collaborate on feature planning with product team.
- Ensure code reliability through rigorous unit testing.
- Stay updated on emerging tech for app optimization.
- Identify and implement enhancements for better app performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 1 or 2 years of professional experience in Android application development. Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON to connect Android applications to backend services.
- Knowledge of Firebase or other app storage technologies for data persistence.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and App Gallery is a plus.
