Job Responsibilities

  • Make sure to understand and follow Life Cycle of all the products fallen under Cards Payment Industry.
  • Acts as point of contact for support issues and questions related to Cards Payment Modules
  • Investigate the root causes of Cards Payment application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the vendor.
  • Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  • Perform the daily technical support tasks and handle the service desk raised tickets related to Cards Payment services

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science
  • 3 years experience in the field of Application support for Cards
