Job Responsibilities

  • Make sure to understand and follow Life Cycle of all the products fallen under Cards Payment Industry
  • Acts as point of contact for support issues and questions related to Cards Payment Modules.
  • Investigate the root causes of Cards Payment application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the vendor.
  • Incident management and Risk mitigation (Relevant to Cards)
  • Perform the daily technical support tasks and handle the service desk raised tickets related to Cards Payment services to properly close and reply to end users
  • Maintain/comply with semi-annual mandates & changes requested by the Card Payment Networks to avoid any possible penalties
  • Prepare monthly reports of all detected and resolved issues to maintain tracking history.
  • Test all fixes received from the vendor over test environment to ensure the issue has been resolved.
  • Attend to resolve reconciliation issues & disputes
  • Managed scope changes and change notices initiated from the business units.
  • Perform analyses on application functionality of Card Payment Industry and suggesting improvements.
  • Consulting with the Internal users, Application development teams, and other stakeholders to improve performance of Cards payment applications.
  • Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in IT
  • 2 years experiences in the field of Application Support Cards
  • Problem solving, analytical skills, client management, adaptability, fast learning
