Job Responsibilities
- Provide the ATM support to branch as the coordinate with ITdepartment for the ATM testing for both existing or new ATM deployed.
- Ensure ATM machine are properly working
- Be responsible Cash Shortage/Cash Excess and notifying the properauthority and relevant party.
- Contact and solve problem with customer/IT/ Other Relevant party/ bank partner, in case ATM Transactions Error.
- Card Product and Distribution Management.
- Establish policies and procedures for as appropriate
- Any task assigned by line manager
- Monitor relevant report for the cash replacement, ATM service status and quality, suspicious activities.... Etc. Exchange schedule of Clearing House Presentation
- Control daily tasks to avoid Missing and duplicate Payment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferable in Finance and Banking
- More than 2 years in Fin-tech or banking industry
- Fully understand of the ATM Cash Replacement, ATM Error, Recompilation Cash Shortage/ Cash Excess in ATM, skill with CBS/Flexcube
- Support customer and Business in timely manner
