Job Responsibilities

  • Doing one-to-one Wingmarket web portal training sessions with our clients to give quick introductions to their Wingmarket subscription and data available
  • Providing support for our clients on a range of issues from requests to help navigating and using their Wingmarket subscription access
  • Working with our clients to strengthen retention rates and pass along leads to Wingmarket sales, inside sales and consulting where applicable
  • Assisting our Business Development sales team with finding insights and support for our clients using our Wingmarket Portal and Usage systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business / Banking or similar
  • 1-3 years strong experience in customer servicing and strong focus on providing a quality customer experience.
  • A successful track record of managing and resolving client issues
  • Strong experience in customer servicing and strong focus on providing a quality customer experience
  • Strong influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
