Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing the daily operation and overall work flow of a coffee shop
  • Monitoring the quality of coffee and good customer service
  • Managing stocks level, identifying ordering requirements, daily reimbursement and process cash advance
  • Ensuring all sales are processed accurately through POS system
  • Maintain updated record of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related fields
  • Experience of working with customers, taking orders and good communication
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
