Customer Experiences

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement agreed retail store strategy and objectives.
  • Manage, motivate and evaluate team performance to ensure that they are working properly, fulfilling customer satisfaction and achieving target revenue of retail store.
  • Train and manage both sales consultant and the assigned care centers to improve capabilities.
  • Ensuring staff transnational processing is efficient, accurate and in line with required compliance standards, comply at all times with WING’s ethical standards, code of conduct and policies and procedures.
  • Respond to achieve and increase target every month.
  • Manage business activities at Retail Store follow expectation
  • Sell Starter-Kits to agent / merchant
  • Provide transaction service including cash-in/cash-out and transfer services to walk-in customers
  • Handle walk-in customers /merchants inquiries
  • Daily reconciliation of cash generated by the Store’s transactions
  • Manage both Cash and liquidity for serving customer
  • Implementing service action plans to contribute to sustainable and profitable growth target for Wing.
  • Ensuring effective control of cash limit and transfers in the market.
  • Liaise with strategic partners to ensure successful partnership and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to day with WING products suits and marketing campaigns to ensure superior product knowledge.
  • Ensure you and your service team provides outstanding and consistent advice and service.
  • Supervise the team to work efficiently to process customer transactions as quickly as possible.
  • Proactively identify and address areas of customer dissatisfaction, following up and resolving any customer complaints within your discretion or refer appropriately.
  • Welcome customer complaints as an opportunity to learn, and take personal responsibility for their resolution.
  • Establish effective communication channels across Wing and with customers

Job requirements:

  • Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager.
  • Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries.
  • Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues.
  • Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Degree qualified in appropriate discipline.
