Main Responsibilities
- Maintain secure, efficient and accurate filling to keep the confidentiality of customers and serve as the referent for any further settlement of dispute.
- Verify customer identification and required documents to confirm their eligibility
- Follow up team for any incomplete document
- Be an auditoring for branch documents
- Other tasks assigned by BM
Jobs Requirement
- University or fresh graduate are highly recommended
- One or two years experience in baking industry
- Good oral, writen and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
- Computer literate( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
