Job Responsibilities
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs/ Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Instruct employee training and onboarding new join for bank policy and Core-Banking System.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials (request User roll)
- Respond on-the-job coaching/training and development of daily operation and conducts daily monitoring of branch operation
- Build a good relationships and coordinate with all staffs and local authorities at all levels in order to operate daily operations smoothly and to have strong supports from them.
- Conduct training through UAT testing for Core-banking (Open Account/ teller transactions / authorizer transaction
- Relief / support branch grand opening and lacking branch staff or any emergency leave
- Review employee performance /learning / evaluate after training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field
- A year of working experiences in banking and financial services
- Leadership Skill
- Interpersonal and communication Skills
- Operations support core-banking system
- Marketing Activity, Business Ethnics & Compliance
- Others (Languages, word, excel, internet and Outlook)
