Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a schedule to assess training needs/ Conduct employee surveys and interviews
  • Instruct employee training and onboarding new join for bank policy and Core-Banking System.
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials (request User roll)
  • Respond on-the-job coaching/training and development of daily operation and conducts daily monitoring of branch operation
  • Build a good relationships and coordinate with all staffs and local authorities at all levels in order to operate daily operations smoothly and to have strong supports from them.
  • Conduct training through UAT testing for Core-banking (Open Account/ teller transactions / authorizer transaction
  • Relief / support branch grand opening and lacking branch staff or any emergency leave
  • Review employee performance /learning / evaluate after training

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field
  • A year of working experiences in banking and financial services
  • Leadership Skill
  • Interpersonal and communication Skills
  • Operations support core-banking system
  • Marketing Activity, Business Ethnics & Compliance
  • Others (Languages, word, excel, internet and Outlook)
