Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Brand CX Journey across all Wing Use Cases and it's Competitor's Use Cases
  • Keep tracking all the use cases and create/maintain a centralized Brand CX Journey Library for Wing
  • Regular feedback to the management for the improvement of the different Brand CX Use Cases
  • Creating Example by Taking Ownership and Leading From the Front
  • Managing Internal Stakeholders to Achieve Divisional Goal for Wing

Job Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelors in Marketing/Communications/Fine Arts/Digital Design
  • 5 years experience in relevant role
  • Creative Thinking, Business Acumen, Agility, Quick Learning, Self-Motivated
  • Marketing/Digital Marketing/CX Experience/Service
  • Marketing/Service Design/UX/UI Designing
