Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing Brand CX Journey across all Wing Use Cases and it's Competitor's Use Cases
- Keep tracking all the use cases and create/maintain a centralized Brand CX Journey Library for Wing
- Regular feedback to the management for the improvement of the different Brand CX Use Cases
- Creating Example by Taking Ownership and Leading From the Front
- Managing Internal Stakeholders to Achieve Divisional Goal for Wing
Job Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors in Marketing/Communications/Fine Arts/Digital Design
- 5 years experience in relevant role
- Creative Thinking, Business Acumen, Agility, Quick Learning, Self-Motivated
- Marketing/Digital Marketing/CX Experience/Service
- Marketing/Service Design/UX/UI Designing
