Job Responsibilities
- To manage and ensure daily card production running smoothly
- To set up strategies plans, roadmap, report, policies, procedure and process flow of card production.
- To lead all card application and the packaging and handing over card to logistic team for delivery
- To monitor embossing and personalizing card and PIN mailer.
- To communicate with card supplier if any issue with card embosser
- To coordinate and support cardholder requested from branches.
- To manage card inventory and process re-order plastic card if card stock is low.
- To provide technical support for any special process related to card such as fee waiver, increase credit limit, transaction limit etc.
- To develop, evaluate and implement new features of card system for improving of banking operations
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements
- Holding Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or other related skills, Fluent in verbal and written English
- At least 5 years in Card Business
- Knowledge related to card production
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
