Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting with a warm welcome
  • Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  • Open and close account
  • Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank products and service with quick resolution
  • Build client networks and maintain good relationship to increase the bank business

Jobs Requirement

  • University or fresh graduate are highly recommended
  • One year experience in Finance Institution
  • Good oral, writen and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
  • Computer literate( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
