Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth training arrangements and training materials
  • Prepare and arrange venue, training material & training logistics
  • Prepare and request cash advance, cash settlement, per diem and allowance for training
  • Update training report, consolidate sales report from operations and exam result and document filling
  • Support on facilitating any devices, classroom engagement activities and WCX examination

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Admin/Management/Education or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in admin or even organization
  • Good at admin tasks, communication skills, budgeting and office work
