Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth training arrangements and training materials
- Prepare and arrange venue, training material & training logistics
- Prepare and request cash advance, cash settlement, per diem and allowance for training
- Update training report, consolidate sales report from operations and exam result and document filling
- Support on facilitating any devices, classroom engagement activities and WCX examination
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Admin/Management/Education or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in admin or even organization
- Good at admin tasks, communication skills, budgeting and office work
