- Achieving target of customer acquisition, customer performances, revenue, and company's objectives.
- Building and maintaining a strong team of MSF ensuring that number of MSF are more than sufficient to deliver the target.
- Collaborate with other business units to for new product launching plans or OTG tactical promotions/campaigns.
- Train, lead and inspire the team to ensure product knowledges and selling skills are well and properly delivered to the team.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, and Marketing
- At least 03 years sale experience in international organization with at least 2 years’ experience of leading a mobile sale team.
- Result Focus, People Management, Relationship Building & Networking, Market Segmentation & Customer Targeting, Problem Solving, Decision Making.
