- Provide flexible customer service to customer on digital such as Facebook.
- Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- Accurately identifying a customer’s query and providing a quick resolution
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Year 2 or 3 students or fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Good oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy the customer
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Dynamic, flexibility and strong commitment
- Able to use social network/smartphone
- Computer literate( Ms. Office & Excel)
