Customer Experiences

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible customer service to customer on digital such as Facebook.
  • Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  • Accurately identifying a customer’s query and providing a quick resolution
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Year 2 or 3 students or fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy the customer
  • Good listening and problem solving skills
  • Dynamic, flexibility and strong commitment
  • Able to use social network/smartphone
  • Computer literate( Ms. Office & Excel)
