Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional training for customer experience with expected result of knowledge at least 70%.
  • Provide a planing/conduct of refreshment/improvement for customer experience on the part of PK, QA, resource utilization.
  • Liaise with business function/business support to conduct product knowledge assessment/ training for CSR/update knowledge base.
  • Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations to enhance SL.
  • Any other tasks of customer service assign by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor, preferably in Business Administration.
  • 2 Years or more proven working experience as teacher/trainer.
  • Good interpersonal skill & presentation skill.
  • Microsoft window word & excel and power point.
