- Provide a professional training for customer experience with expected result of knowledge at least 70%.
- Provide a planing/conduct of refreshment/improvement for customer experience on the part of PK, QA, resource utilization.
- Liaise with business function/business support to conduct product knowledge assessment/ training for CSR/update knowledge base.
- Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations to enhance SL.
- Any other tasks of customer service assign by management.
- Bachelor, preferably in Business Administration.
- 2 Years or more proven working experience as teacher/trainer.
- Good interpersonal skill & presentation skill.
- Microsoft window word & excel and power point.
