Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee / Plan the engagement activities on digitals and other channels, Monthly / Quarterly
  • Manage SMS / App Push Notification; Daily / Monthly / Manually / Auto
  • Assisting in coordinating with other stakeholders for engagement activities and customer insight Branding
  • Conduct market survey / monitor competitor
  • Tracking promo/campaign performance & evaluation Partial
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Department and Director Supportive

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance & Banking, Marketing, and Business qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Data management, Report, Planning, Digital Engagements / activities, etc.
