Customer Experiences

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal & external team to enchantment overall customer experiences
  • Measure Maintain, enchantment agreed customer satisfaction index
  • Provide report & conduct calibration with unit (CC, RS, OB) mangers
  • Provide Recommend for CSI improvement, increase of CSR productivities, FCR, AHT. SL
  • Other tasks of customer service support assign by management/ shift

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields
  • 1 Year or more proven working experience at customer service dept for telecom or banking industry.
  • Ability to conduct survey/ reporting.
  • Ability to conduct service monitoring and provide feedback
  • Strong numerical analysis skills and Customer oriented
  • English Proficiency
  • Computer literacy
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
