- Coordinate with internal & external team to enchantment overall customer experiences
- Measure Maintain, enchantment agreed customer satisfaction index
- Provide report & conduct calibration with unit (CC, RS, OB) mangers
- Provide Recommend for CSI improvement, increase of CSR productivities, FCR, AHT. SL
- Other tasks of customer service support assign by management/ shift
- Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields
- 1 Year or more proven working experience at customer service dept for telecom or banking industry.
- Ability to conduct survey/ reporting.
- Ability to conduct service monitoring and provide feedback
- Strong numerical analysis skills and Customer oriented
- English Proficiency
- Computer literacy
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
