Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction level in all touch points.
  • Provide product knowledge of all customer service representative.
  • Ensure effectiveness of assigned project implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team to enchantment overall customer experiences.
  • Other tasks of customer service support assigned by management/shift.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor, preferably in Business administration, foreign language, Engineering, IT and other related fields.
  • One or more year proven working experience at customer service dept for telecommunication.
  • Strong numerical analysis Skills.
  • Good Command in English.
