- Conduct customer satisfaction level in all touch points.
- Provide product knowledge of all customer service representative.
- Ensure effectiveness of assigned project implementation.
- Coordinate with internal and external team to enchantment overall customer experiences.
- Other tasks of customer service support assigned by management/shift.
- Bachelor, preferably in Business administration, foreign language, Engineering, IT and other related fields.
- One or more year proven working experience at customer service dept for telecommunication.
- Strong numerical analysis Skills.
- Good Command in English.
