- Provide require agreed support / services request by Sales team
- Liaise with Sales team to conduct product knowledge assessment/ training for CSR/update knowledge base
- Conduct UAT & provide post launch feedback on product & services of Sales team
- Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations to enhance SL
- Any other tasks of customer service relate to Sales team assign by management/ shift
- Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields
- 1 Year or more proven working experience at customer service dept for telecom or banking industry.
- Ability to conduct survey/ reporting.
- Ability to conduct service monitoring and provide feedback
- Strong numerical analysis skills and Customer oriented
- English Proficiency
- Computer literacy
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
