Customer Experiences

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide require agreed support / services request by Sales team
  • Liaise with Sales team to conduct product knowledge assessment/ training for CSR/update knowledge base
  • Conduct UAT & provide post launch feedback on product & services of Sales team
  • Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations to enhance SL
  • Any other tasks of customer service relate to Sales team assign by management/ shift

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields
  • 1 Year or more proven working experience at customer service dept for telecom or banking industry.
  • Ability to conduct survey/ reporting.
  • Ability to conduct service monitoring and provide feedback
  • Strong numerical analysis skills and Customer oriented
  • English Proficiency
  • Computer literacy
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
