Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide product knowledge of all customer service representative.
  • Ensure effectiveness of the assign project implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team to enchantment overall customer experience.
  • Support sale team for any requests.
  • Other tasks of customer service support assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor, preferably in Business Administration, Foreign Language, Engineering, IT or other related fields.
  • One or more year proven working experience at customer service dept for telecommunication.
  • Strong numerical analysis skills.
  • Good Command of English
