Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customer with a warm welcome
  • Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action.
  • Queue management
  • Attend to customers' inquiries related to Bank products and service.
  • Accurately identifying a customers'query and provide a quick resolution

Job Requirements:

  • University students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • No experience needed
  • Good communication in English or Chinese is a plus.
  • Computer skills (Ms. Word and Ms. Excel)
