Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer satisfaction evaluation service monitoring and provide feedback.
  • Update/Provide product knowledge of call customer service representative.
  • Provide knowledge assessment for call customer service representative.
  • Regularity of conducting staff training & refreshment.
  • Post assessment, coaching, listen to voice recording, and mentoring CRS in calibration with supervisor.

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years experience at customer service dept for telecom or banking industry.
  • Good at English, Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
