- To manage the portfolio of Wing Bank account holders;
- To handle customer value and experiences to assure sustainable growth in the number of customers;
- To improve the active rate especially on 1M, 3M, 6M, and12M;
- To grow products and services by cross-selling, upselling with scalable strategies;
- To understand the market and competitors as a result of proactivity on the product and service milestone.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business/Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience, experience, banking experience is a plus;
- Good Knowledge in Marketing, Data Analytics, Campaign, Product, and/or Banking.
