Job Responsibilities
- Lead a responsive team to provide friendly and accurate answer to customer query on digital channels (Facebook, IVR, Chatbot etc) by using excellent customer service skills.
- Develop responsive service script for post /services launch on digital channels.
- Monitors activities that posted on Wing Facebook and provide flexible respond to customer needs based on approved script and SOP.
- Provide post launch report / analytical report as required by managements
- Participate / propose to enhance existing and future digital channels (Facebook, IVR, Chatbort etc.)
- Evaluate and drive responsive team to provide desired services.
- Coordinate with cross departments to moderate customer response to hand complaints and refer customers to appropriate channels of action.
- Performs tasks as requested by supervisor efficiently and follow processes.
Job Requirements
- 4th year student or fresh graduated in IT, Management, or any other related fields
- Experienced as a customer service, call centre, sales representative, etc.
- Understand mobile banking services
- Good communication both Khmer and English
- Good Computer skills (MS offices)
- Social network and Smart phone user.
