Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a responsive team to provide friendly and accurate answer to customer query on digital channels (Facebook, IVR, Chatbot etc) by using excellent customer service skills.
  • Develop responsive service script for post /services launch on digital channels.
  • Monitors activities that posted on Wing Facebook and provide flexible respond to customer needs based on approved script and SOP.
  • Provide post launch report / analytical report as required by managements
  • Participate / propose to enhance existing and future digital channels (Facebook, IVR, Chatbort etc.)
  • Evaluate and drive responsive team to provide desired services.
  • Coordinate with cross departments to moderate customer response to hand complaints and refer customers to appropriate channels of action.
  • Performs tasks as requested by supervisor efficiently and follow processes.

Job Requirements

  • 4th year student or fresh graduated in IT, Management, or any other related fields
  • Experienced as a customer service, call centre, sales representative, etc.
  • Understand mobile banking services
  • Good communication both Khmer and English
  • Good Computer skills (MS offices)
  • Social network and Smart phone user.
