Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage dispute cases with customer, WCX (Wing Agent), and partners
  • Investigate and take action for fraud cases
  • Improve dispute and fraud process and fraud parameter detection
  • Monitor WCX (Wing Agent) and partner activities
  • Communicate and build relationship with relevant authorities

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or other related fields
  • Experience in investigation, compliance, finance, audit, distribution channel, legal, equivalent
  • Understanding of Bank's operational risk and compliance policies and guidelines
  • English proficiency, and other languages is preferred
  • Good at problem solving and apply logical critical thinking
  • High profession on investigation
  • Be able to travel over the nationwide
