Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle all billers on bill corporate issue and error
  • Assist Call Centre Team, Sales & Distribution Team, and Payment Support Team on complaint handling from customers, WCX, and Payroll staff
  • Proactive to solve disputes from external customer
  • Investigate fraud cases for customer and corporate relationship team
  • Do mystery shopping and visit WCX with 25 provinces

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Public Relation, or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in dispute, customer experience with legal
  • English proficiency, and Chinese is advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Experience with investigation, analytical skill and problem solving
  • Willing to go to provinces
