Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily of on-boarding merchants (POSM, merchant registration, documents).
  • Respond to escalated merchant’s problems (Account, Portal, POS).
  • Define activities required to assemble and documentations.
  • Define general technical feasibility of online and WingPay product.
  • Consolidate weekly/bi-weekly report and other required ad-hoc report .
  • Communicate feature requests to internal, using data from MIS/Jasper or merchant feedback.
  • Involve in business strategy with Business Development Director and assist on documentation and reporting .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Admin or Economic or in financial, a plus.
  • 5 years in banking, support task, admin support, implementation processing.
  • Critical thinking
  • Problem and solving skill
  • Computer skill with strong report analysis and presentation.
  • Quick and smart to handle given task and working under pressure
  • Keen to learn new things and initiated
