Job Responsibilities

  • Driving key strategic service initiatives
  • A team of CS Consultants in B2B E-commerce Business that handle first line Wingmarket enquiries
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Client Services across B2B E-commerce products
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of the Client Services team KPIs and business objectives, with continued focus on increasing overall client satisfaction level as well as customer satisfaction measurements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business / Banking or similar
  • 5+ years strong experience in customer servicing and strong focus on providing a quality customer experience.
  • As the Head of Client Services your purpose is to contribute to the achievement of Wing's B2B E-commerce business objectives by providing leadership, management, and strategic direction for all facets of Client Services and ensuring clients receive exceptional services for B2B E-commerce products.
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of the Client Service teams KPIs and business objectives, with continued focus on increasing overall client satisfaction level as well as customer satisfaction measurements.
  • Experience in developing & delivery of client service strategy.
  • Able to take initiatives and exercise discretion in resolving situations while complying to Risk and control guidelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and judgement skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Pleasant disposition with good communication and written skills in both Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus
