This role is managing the coffee shop operation and work with relevant team/ department/ vendor and suppliers to provide service support on drink.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively managing day to day operations and overall workflow of a coffee shop
  • Improving coffee operating more efficiency and increase profits.
  • Boost sales and give business the chance to grow
  • To manage workflow efficiently
  • Helping to organize internal & external catering events
  • Monitoring the quality of coffee, training, advice staff on the best ways to make drink more efficiency
  • Finding way to make high quality, quickly and customer satisfaction
  • Training of barista skill excellent customer service, preparation skills, and organization in the café environment
  • To handle customer complaints and resolve conflict among employees.
  • Initiate new business plan and Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers
  • Strategy and plan to move forward successfully
  • Implement customer feedback loop
  • Monitor budget and work to improve profit margins
  • Create new concept, menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
  • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
  • Monitor on daily sale to make more efficiency
  • Keep tracking for the progress of sale report
  • Oversee all aspects of a café’s operations
  • To reduce costs expenses
  • Work closely with procurement and relevant team for ordering process flow
  • Negotiate and vendor comparison on operations materials.
  • Proper manage monthly stock physical count and reconciliation:
  • Monitor on stock report proper update all branches
  • Accurate stock reconciliation and update report with finance team
  • Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages
  • Work closely with Finance & procurement team for stock alert and any new orders
  • To ensure all stock procedures are managed and controlled within agreed targets and policies
  • Maintaining inventory of ingredients, coffee bean, milk and other materials for support operations
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or certification in business administration or business management, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3rd or 4th years’ experience in the coffee, hospitality industry or similar roles
  • Business management knowledge, including budgeting, accounting, Sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to plan menus and organise catering for functions
  • Skill to Perform any of the duties in the coffee shop
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff and people management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple project
  • Awareness of competitors' prices and services, and market trends
