Job Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment pre-onboarding process including, issue employment contract, facilitate contract signed and collecting pre-onboarding documents…etc
  • Oversea recruitment databased related to ensure the data is accurate and up to date
  • Manage job announcement is up to date in every channel
  • Ensure recruitment compliance for new hire
  • Prepare personnel file for all new employee
  • Provide input to improve process & ensure efficiency
  • Other task assigned by hiring manager

Job Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, Foreign Language
  • Two or more years of extensive experience in the human resources field resources
  • Must have strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy; effective oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing, etc.
  • Good knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law.
  • Must be able to maintain time management
  • Must be trustworthy, have good ethics and self-discipline
  • English Proficient in 4 micro skills
