- Providing competitive and customer insight with strategic recommendations for the planning and implementation.
- Generate the analysis either on industry market trend, business review, product launch, brand planning, and competitive landscape report and other analysis or other reports as assigned.
- Analyze and report the performance on a regular basis (weekly/ monthly) and need to have the ability to design the go-to-market plan of campaigns/ initiatives that will address performance gaps or improve the performance to achieve the target.
- Work with the agency and cross functionally to drive the research project or required ones based on the need of the business.
- Managing and leading a monetisation team to advocate the products or product acknowledge in targeted areas or communities to ensure the awareness and enlarge the brand funnel elements of the bank’s financial services from different segmentation of customers.
- develop, document slides or engage and work with stakeholders (product, brand communication team, or business unit) to develop the final materials to showcase the products/ services to the internal and external targeted audiences, which eventually promotes Wing ecosystem including new products, WAC acquisition and WAC usage.
- BA/ MBA in Marketing or Management or Economics.
- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, management, analytics in Fintech or banking industry _ Strong project management, brand/ product / portfolio management skill
