Job Responsibilities

  • To handle the daily monitoring of the incoming dispute and fraud cases (chargeback/pre-arbitration/ arbitration) for VISA/MasterCard…
  • To analyze, identify and monitor frequency for the fraud detection systems, reports, and fraud case scenarios
  • To determine fraud trends & take preemptive action to limit or stop active fraud situation
  • To research, create, and recommend new processes to reduce dispute and fraud case for VISA, MasterCard…
  • To prepare monthly report, quarterly report and yearly report for management teams and other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in internaltional card dispute and fraud
  • Investigation and analytical skills with problem solving skills
