Job Responsibilities

  • Record all training data database and generate monthly training report and any report required by relevant stakeholders
  • Take control of an in-house library by monitoring the existing books and borrowing logbook to ensure the return is made on time
  • Complete all pre-and post-host-training administration work such as sending training invitation, confirm participation, administering tests, collect training evaluation, etc.
  • Take charge of training request process including review training request, key in request tracking, processing the request for complete approval, and make sure to collect all important training related documents from requester upon training completion
  • Facilitate monthly new employee orientation all training and make sure all new joiners have attended this program
  • Support in arranging and coordinating all training both internally and externally
  • Complete other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in education or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in areas such as training, teaching, administering work, or HR department
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High English proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
