Main Responsibilities:

  • To initiate, implement and reinforce the value proposition of the long term loyalty program.
  • To initiate and strategize on how to segmenation offers for customer.
  • To create and develop new reward program / offering in order to increase the usage, active rate, and revenue.
  • To develop marketing plans and oversee the overall development and growth including new & existing program
  • To design merchant strategy for loyalty program

Job Requirements:

  • BA, MBA in Marketing, Business administration or other related fields,
  • 3 year experience in loyalty, partnership, sales management, acquisition, etc.
  • Communication (verbal & written), outgoing, team player, leadership skills, etc
