Job Responsibilities
- Manage and make sure reporting, monitoring and recovery activity are scheduled effectively & efficiently
- Manage and Control daily on monitoring and recovery team attendance & activity, and provide appropriate instruction to each staff
- Manage and allocate overdue customer to staff and prepare training for new member
- Look into specific case and give instruction for solve overdue case
- Manage and Control staff KPI report in Monitoring and Recovery team
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with Monitoring and Recovery team
- Responsible for all collection activities in Monitoring and Recovery team
- Propose criteria of write-off and report applicable cases to line management timely
- Build up team to achieve target and reduce PAR Ratio%
- Do other tasks or over time required by management or manager if needed
Job Requirements
- Good understanding on monitoring and recovery process and policy
- Required on monitoring and recovery experience at least 5 years in bank, leasing, MFI
- Good Managing and Commitment with high responsible on daily task
- communication in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Good attitude, Be honest, team work, and good communication skill
- Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email.
- Good understanding collection system process
