JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call to overdue clients or relevant parties to force the payment;
- Negotiate patiently with customer who is difficult to collect monthly installment;
- Prepare the weekly collection activity plan and be responsible for Tele Calling;
- Prepare and update daily tele calling activities to system or excel file;
- Provides support to other departments of the bank;
- Other tasks are assigned by Management if it is necessary and urgent.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BA in Marketing, Economics, Finance and Banking, or related field
- 2 years experience with Phone Collection, Call Centre, Customer Service
- Good oral, written, and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
- Computer literate( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
