  • Call to overdue clients or relevant parties to force the payment;
  • Negotiate patiently with customer who is difficult to collect monthly installment;
  • Prepare the weekly collection activity plan and be responsible for Tele Calling;
  • Prepare and update daily tele calling activities to system or excel file;
  • Provides support to other departments of the bank;
  • Other tasks are assigned by Management if it is necessary and urgent.


  • BA in Marketing, Economics, Finance and Banking, or related field
  • 2 years experience with Phone Collection, Call Centre, Customer Service
  • Good oral, written, and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
  • Computer literate( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
