JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform mystery shopping (off-site investigation Wing Cash Express nationwide in order to improve CCTV qualities based on the specification, period of CCTV record, number of CCTV installation, the place CCTV installation and re-correct WCXs binding phone number)
- Working closely with sale teams and improve WCXs knowledge for CCTV report
- Highlight abnormal cases and support WCXs for any fraud attempt
- Perform any sensitive survey in order to prevent fraud attempt and improve service qualities
- Following all policy and procedures
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or related filed
- At least one year experience in dispute, customer experience and Legal
- The related industry, the understanding of company values & culture
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English organization and time management skills
- Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS words, Excel and Power Point.
