JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure and monitor team to perform mystery shopping cover nationwide (off-site investigation Wing Cash Express nationwide to improve CCTV qualities based on the specification, period of CCTV record, number of CCTV installation, the place CCTV installation and re-correct WCXs binding phone number)
- Ensure and monitor team to perform mystery shopping (on-site investigation Wing Cash Express nationwide in order to spot check on non-compliance WCX policy and improve service quality)
- Working closely with other areas of the business on all fraud-related areas
- Ensure and investigate every evident from on-site team to assume that WCX breached policy
- Prepare on-site & off-site report by daily, weekly, monthly
- Prepare fee & expense reconciliation by monthly
- Prepare any reports and other tasks as assigned by link manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or related filed
- At least two years’ experience in dispute, customer experience and Legal
- The related industry, the understanding of company values & culture
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English organization and time management skills
- Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS words, Excel and Power Point.
