Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole procurement process
  • Ensure all reports is up-to-date follow timeline
  • Work directly in-charge of raw material, working capital
  • Look for cost reduction opportunity, by not compromising quality and technical specification
  • Verify the amount and cost of orders
  • Work closely with Financial Accountant team
  • Assist and support to senior officer
  • Any other tasks will assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any other related fields
  • Experience in procurement, communication or a related area.
  • Understand purchasing activity within the Company
  • English proficiency
  • Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...)
  • Good communication to deal with internal and external people
  • Be proactive in organizational skill
