Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all product training course/program for both in-class and online training.
  • Record all product training database and training report and manage budget.
  • Collaborate with related department on training request and ensure training go smoothly
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Manage and ensure participants fully attended the class (before, during and after)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Education, or any related field
  • At least 1 years of experience in HR, learning &development, admin work
  • Banking Products and Services Knowledge
  • Training arrangement (announcement, budget, training aids, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Administration work
