Job Responsibilities

  • Close monitoring and coordinator with contractor records of any works and inspections completed on time. To performing on repair protect all property wing Bank area maintenance
  • Ensure qualified services to satisfy all approved requests
  • Reminder and set schedule maintenance to contractor and follow up. Support team in case have any issues at site or office. Update Report progress every weekly and monthly
  • To manage in areas of installation, repair and maintenance of Office equipment / Air condition, Genset, security alarm system, fire alarm system, vigilant system, arrangement of security services system as well as office set up office / Space arrangement
  • Draft layout floor plan and 2D drawing for initial approval
  • Negotiate price, terms and conditions for new and renewal of contracts / agreements with contractors / vendors / suppliers
  • Maintain and update company databases Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system and confidential records and files
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments in- house and external events
  • Prepare reports and presentations Other task which assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical or relate fields
  • Two years experienced in banking industry or related to the fields
  • Proven ability to work effectively to deadlines Good organization time management and scheduling skills, ability to multitasks and strong communication skills
  • Good inter personal skill, proactive,problem solving,and able to work under pressure
  • Honest,high commitment,and flexible。4.Able to use Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD Drawing
  • Willing to travel to fields or branch networks at rural areas when required
