- Control voice call of inbound & outbound
- Control order support per process
- Control digital channel responding
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Business Administration
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service for Telecom/Food delivery
- Strong customer service
- Highly commitment and quality control
- Customer service excellent and customer satisfaction
- Good listening and service valuation
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
