  • Control voice call of inbound & outbound
  • Control order support per process
  • Control digital channel responding
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Business Administration
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service for Telecom/Food delivery
  • Strong customer service
  • Highly commitment and quality control
  • Customer service excellent and customer satisfaction
  • Good listening and service valuation
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
