JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customer satisfaction evaluation service monitoring and provide feedback
  • Post assessment, coaching, listen to voice recording, and mentoring CRS in calibration with supervisor
  • Provide knowledge assessment for call customer service representative
  • Regularity of conducting staff training & refreshment
  • Other task of customer service a directed assigned by line manager/shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Business Admin or related fields
  • 2 years experience in customer service department for telecom or banking industry
  • Good at English and Khmer, good knowledge in Microsoft Office
