Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, driving offer process from developing competitive packages to extending and closing
  • Develop/execute innovative sourcing and recruiting plans; build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills/competencies and use the best strategies and techniques to build active and passive talent pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs, priorities and trends
  • Review periodical reporting of resourcing and talent acquisition activities (e.g. reports, dashboards, analytics, etc.). Recommend tactical action plans, where applicable
  • Support on employer branding activities

Job Requirements:

  • BA or MBA on HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment
  • Excellence communication and negotiation skill. Able to work with different type of personality
  • Able to work under pressure and working in peace working environment
