Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess the market landscape and provide specific market gaps that can be targeted
  • Brainstorm new product offerings/enhancements to address identified gaps and to develop the payments market
  • Acquire new merchants and drive usage of payment systems in these said merchants
  • Create partnership strategies with identified key retail merchants to create awareness and flagship
  • Achieve acquisition, usage, and revenue targets across the Retail business
  • Create product strategies to penetrate target market
  • Monitor product performance and address all issues pertaining to the portfolio
  • Support Retail Sales team in acquiring new customers
  • Assess the market landscape and provide specific market gaps that can be targeted
  • Brainstorm new product offerings/enhancements to address identified gaps and to develop the international remittance market
  • Partner with country-specific/country-agnostic international remittance partners
  • Maximize commercial viability of all international remittance partnerships and ensure adequate revenue streams from transactions
  • Secure the best customer experience for Cambodia-based senders and receivers of international remittance
  • Coordinate with international remittance partners for Go-To-Market strategies for launches both locally and internationally
  • Push usage for both inbound and outbound international remittance
  • Achieve revenue target across the International Remittance business
  • Create product strategies to penetrate target market
  • Monitor product performance and address all issues pertaining to the portfolio

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Analytics, and relevant fields.
  • Possess the knowledge in customer relationship management and retention.
  • English Proficiency
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
