Job Responsibilities

  • Provide an accurate and up to date information for walk in customers or merchants
  • Perform all admin tasks as required efficiently and following WING processes
  • Understand customer value drivers across portfolio and target accounts
  • Establish effective communication channels across Wing and with customers
  • Understand customers and business and current and future trends.
  • Achieve monthly Selling Starter-Kits to walk-in customers.
  • Problem solving for customer and internal staff.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Admin or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Undergraduates or Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Drive for customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries.
  • Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
