Job Responsibilities

  • To assist daily monitoring of the incoming dispute and fraud cases (chargeback/pre-arbitration/ arbitration) for VISA/MasterCard…
  • To support for analyze, identify and monitor frequency for the fraud detection systems, reports, and fraud case scenarios
  • To implement preemptive action to limit or stop active fraud situation as per dispute and fraud policy
  • To control VISA and MasterCard reports
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in internaltional card dispute and fraud
  • Investigation and analytical skills with problem solving skills
